Charlie has found himself here at the shelter-and this is not the vacation he had in mind-Sorry Charlie--Charlie came in as a stray-he is approximately 6 years old-and has very interesting markings. He has 4 white feet, brindle legs and lots of black and silver. Charlie must have been someones pet. He likes to do his business outside-so he is on the potty list here. He is not very quiet in his kennel, and walking by all those barking dogs -just to go for a pee-NO FUN-Charlie, once outside--he takes a deep breath, and you can see him start relaxing-just being with a person. He walks well on leash-knows sit-and uses a very gentle mouth accepting his treat. He leans into your legs when you talk sweetly to him. Charlie just needs to get to a home, have time to destress, and be with a family to love and trust. Charlie is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and will be neutered prior to going home. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
