Male, ~15 weeks old, ~18 lbs. Approximate Age: ~15 weeks old Approximate Weight/Size: Medium when full grown Good with: Dogs Not tested with: Cats, Kids Hi, I'm Draper! I was born with a tear in my abdominal wall and just finished surgery. Now that I'm healed I am ready for adoption and cannot wait to meet you! I'm the most playful pup and I love spending all my time with my foster puppy brothers and sisters. I am a typical puppy -- I play hard for a little bit and then I crash and nap to recharge my batteries. I love chew toys and even though I've had no formal training, I walk really nicely on a leash. I would love a family who would invest in my training, however, and I'm not house trained or crate trained yet. I am learning quickly, however! I don't have accidents in the house and I sleep in the crate overnight nicely. I am definitely a lab mix because when I see any body of water, I want to go for a swim! I love swimming so much. I have some basic commands down pat like 'sit' and 'drop it.' I am generally a well behaved pup, especially when you consider how young I am! I'll be a great addition to any home and I'm so excited to find my forever home! A few things to consider before applying to adopt a puppy: - Puppies require a lot of upfront work including both obedience and house training. - Puppies cannot be left home alone for long periods while they are young. - You might need to "puppy-proof" your home before bringing one home.
