ABOUT GRAHAM This southern gentleman is ready to win his way to your heart and home! Graham is a 6 year old cattle dog mix that came to HAP all the way from Louisiana. In addition to his stunning good looks, Graham is also a total sweetie pie. He loves ear rubs, belly scratches, and his favorite - under-the-collar scratches! He's not super interested in playing, he'd rather show off his charm and intelligence for some praise. Graham knows basic commands such as 'sit', 'paw', 'down', 'stay', and he even knows his name! He walks great on a leash and appears house-trained. He always sits very properly in the front of his kennel, waving his paw to all volunteers and guests. Graham has spent some time hanging out in our office area, to which he soaked up some snuggles and fell right asleep! **Being a mature gentleman, Graham gets overwhelmed but most dogs. He would likely do well with a very calm, senior dog in a home. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come for the meeting to ensure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.
