Meet our sweet Henry! What an amazing boy he is, he is around 5 years old, loves people, loves other dogs and cats....you name it and I believe that Henry would make friends with it. Henry was dumped in a high kill shelter after his owners decided that he was too big for their liking. I'm so glad that the shelter reached out to us, it would have been a shame for Henry not to been here to show everyone how wonderful he thinks you are. We are looking for the right forever home for this great boy to call his very own. Henry would do best as an outdoor dog, he is afraid of being inside and will not do well living in the house, we have tried over and over and over, but he is terribly afraid and hates it inside and is just miserable. He is great with other dogs and loves his family, he will let you know if there is someone approaching your property and will bark at them, but we have never seen any aggression from this sweet boy. Henry is one in a million, he deserves to know that he is loved and to have a family of his very own. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters across the country, so sadly we do not have any background information on them.....but we work very hard to get to know each and every dog brought into our program in need of a new beginning in their lives. We do not take animals with aggression problems (some may not like other dogs, cats, or may require older kids as opposed to younger children, but we will let you know everything that we know) most of these beautiful dogs have been faithful and loving family pets for their entire lives, yet still have lost their homes and families through no fault of their own.
