Meet Toby!Toby came into the shelter shut down and terrified. To gather more information he went to foster with another social canine friend and lovely adult humans who helped create a safe space for Toby to flourish. Toby has really found is goofy personality while in foster. He loves to romp around the toy and greet his family with stuffy toys. Toby does appear house trained and is still working on going for walks. Toby would thrive in a home with another social canine friend that can show him the ropes. He would need a patient family thats willing to advocate for him and share the fluffy couch. According to his foster mom, a few of his favorite activities are `Flopping right next to you, sitting leaning on you, pllaying with toys by himself throwing them in the air and chasing them, and giving large and bouncy plawbows towards the other dog in the home.`This pet is currently in FOSTER CARE.
