🎶 If you're happy and you know it adopt me 🎶 Hello, my name is Maverick Nottingham! I am an incredibly happy puppy, and I'd like to tell you about me, as well as my back story. I was born sometime in the month of April and given away to a woman from outside a Walmart. She saw that I had no water on a hot Texas day and noticed that I was covered in fleas. So, she took me home and reached out for help, that's how I ended up with a nice foster family that has three kids, 3 dogs, and 4 cats! The cats were surprised I walked right past them, but honestly, I was just more interested in stealing their food. Their three dogs, one smaller than me, two bigger, welcomed me into their home immediately! We hit it off without so much as a bark, and soon they showed me the ropes. The little one and I like to play tag and use the kiddy pool as base. I LOVE FOOD. My foster mom used one cup of kibble to teach me to sit, and I got it down quickly. She's very proud. I still have to work on other things, but she feels positive that I'm a quick learner. I really love children, and I like to race her son around the yard. I saw him climb up to the playhouse on the ladder, and decided right then and there that I could do it, too. So now, we race to see who can get up the ladder and down the slide the fastest. I also like stealing stuffed animals from them and jetting off to my kennel. This is why my foster mom gave me a nickname of Naughty-ham. I know I'll be the best boy ever for my new family! I can't wait to meet you.
