Myrtle is a young 1-2 year old Pitt/Weimarener who is medium sized at around 45-50lbs at the most.She is friendly with all dogs, kids and people and LOVES attention and cuddles, and snoozing on the sofa. All Myrtle wants is to be accepted into a dog pack and sleep with her human. Myrtle has had multiple litters and is now being spayed and looked after by our rescue. She is just about ready for adoption and deserves her own happily ever after as most of her puppies already have.Myrtle needs a home with other playful dogs and humans or a human who is mostly home and understanding of some separation anxiety. Myrtle LOVES her foster's fenced in yard where she can run and play with her foster siblings and also walks nicely on a leash. Myrtle is house trained and rarely has any accidents inside the home. Below is a statement from a temporary foster who looked after Myrtle while her foster was on vacation:"I met Myrtle a week ago at an adoption event for Rusty’s RR… i walked her around a winery for people to meet but looking like a pit bull she was getting that much interest… the person fostering her went on vacation and my wife and i took her in… we found that she is the sweetest dog… i have fostered two GSP females this year and she ranks right in with them… they are in loving homes in Virginia and Maryland… All Myrtle wants to do is fit into our pack… i have a pure breed GSP (German Shorthair Pointer) and a Rescue GSP mix… her pictures don’t do her justice as she just wants some loving attention and would do great in a multi dog house hold… when she goes back to her foster next week i will miss her and my wife who loves our dogs but is a cat person is starting to really like her… she is leash trained and comes when you call her name… and has no pooped or peed in our house… definitely loves a fenced in yard…"##1734240##
