For the first time in his life, he's learning that it's perfectly ok to be left alone in the home and that his humans WILL be coming back for him! His fosters say he's now confident enough to roam freely around their home while they're away. Nico has been receiving a lot of training in his foster home, which consists of confidence-building exercises that help him embrace new situations without fear. His fosters say he's advanced leaps and bounds, and is now ready to find a loving and patient forever family who will continue to support his emotional well-being. His fosters think he would do best in a calm, quiet home. While he's friendly and patient with other dogs, he would benefit from slow introductions so he has time to warm up!
