Here's what the humans have to say about me:Meet Dutch! Dutch was found as a stray living on the streets along the border of Mexico. He was picked up by a good Samaritan, had no microchip, and was covered in fleas and ticks. After a search to find his owner and no one stepped up for him, we welcomed him into our rescue! Dutch has been just a perfect citizen since he has arrived. Playful, loves everyone and is just a happy funny dog to be around! He gets along well with others, and just enjoys life! He has cute short legs and a deep bark!
