Meet Rupert! Rupert is a 4-5 year old male Staffordshirte Terrier. He was found tied to a tree by a good samaritan in the Syracuse area. His owner was found, but was unable to keep Rupert and provide what he needed. The good samaritan couldn't just leave Rupert so after going through the proper channels, she is now fostering him. Rupert is a friendly boy who still has a good amount of energy in him. He benefits from and enjoys frequent walks. He is crate trained and potty trained. Rupert is gentle when taking treats. His foster is exposing him to other dogs to see how he does. We will update that information as we learn about it. If there are children in the home, the rescue is recommending older children just due to Ruperts size and strength. Rupert's adoption fee is $275 which goes towards neutering at our vet, vaccines and medical care up to adoption, microchip and costs associated with fostering.##1795493##
