Lucy is a very sweet girl who has bounced around a bit in her lifetime. At seven years old, she really deserves to find a forever home where she’ll be doted on by a loving family. From her prior homes, we know that Lucy has done well with other dogs, has had basic obedience training, and is very affectionate and friendly. She is playful, has been housebroken in her former homes, likes to go on walks and loves a good game of fetch or tug. Unfortunately, in her most recent home Lucy was kept as an outdoor only dog, so one requirement for her future home will be that she is welcome indoors with her family. She has done well with young kids and was described as wonderful and protective. Here’s what one volunteer said about Lucy:“Lucy is very sweet, a little bit shy, and gentle. She walks very nicely on leash and she sits without being asked. She takes treats very gently and likes being scratched behind the ears. She didn’t react to other dogs while we were exiting the kennel or on our walk. She’s very cute, pretty, and a great size. Really nice dog!”Lucy shares her kennel with another PACC dog and would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Lucy needs a home without small dogs.
