Peyton - IN FOSTER Mixed Breed (Small) Adult Male

Peyton is a very shy but very sweet boy about 6 years old who came from the most recent hoarding case. He is great with other dogs and even likes cats and kids who are calm around him. Peyton is learning lots of new things like walking on a leash and pottying outside and he's doing great! He will need a quiet, patient home who will continue working with him and give him lots of positive feedback. He takes a minute to warm up to people but when he does he's very devoted and he loves being told what a good boy he is. Peyton isn't a barky dog but sometimes will howl for a minute if he's feeling lonely. While he doesn't really want to play with another dog, he does like having the companionship of another furry friend. Peyton has a cataract in one of his eyes and likely has impaired vision in that eye but it doesn't bother him and doesn't need any treatment for it at this time.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Peyton - IN FOSTER, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
