Topsy is a 3+ month old Labrador Retriever mix, weighing 16 pounds (on 5.11). She leashes and walks well. She came in with her brother, Turvy. She is very playful, animated, and excited. She is happy, friendly, and outgoing. Be aware that she is a puppy and chews and has sharp teeth and nails. She is healthy and has had her first set of puppy shots. Topsy would do best to go to a home with a fenced in yard or to a large SAFE property where she can get the exercise she needs.Adoption processOur adoption fee is $100, if the animal has not yet been spayed or neutered then we will give you a $30 certificate to use towards having this done. If you rent you must bring in written permission from your landlord allowing you to have a pet.Shelter locationWe are requiring applications to be submitted and approved prior to visiting the shelter. Directions to shelter:Go north on Main Street all the way to Johnston Road. Turn left and we are located on the right hand side of the road. We are open every day from 1 – 5 pm.
