She is just a love muffin with pleading puppy eyes. Millie loves to be close by and she is more than happy to get oodles of pettings. She is a delightful companion with lots of fun puppy energy. Millie is a young gal who was found in an abandoned building. She was soooo hungry and thirsty. We helped her get back into top puppy form and she is very ready to be adopted by caring, patient people. She would love to learn all sorts of good things and she is smart and willing. With love, kindness and yummy treats, Millie will thrive! Please see Millie soon- she is fantastic! Adoption processWe're dedicated to finding loving homes for all the pets in our care. All you need is love-- and a state issued ID. WE HAVE 2 ADOPTION CENTERS TO SERVE YOU:71 OGLETHORPE ST. NW1201 NEW YORK AVE. NE Our doors are open from 12 PM to 7 PM every day, offering you ample time to visit and meet your potential new companion. Please arrive no later than 6:30 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to interact with our adorable pups. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to bring a leash for your new dog or a carrier for your new cat or small animal. Most animals are ready to go home with you right after you meet them! Can't make it in person? No problem! We offer virtual adoptions for animals in foster homes.
