Meet Blanche!Blanche is a wonderful, older dog who is deaf and full of love. She thrives on attention! She is house trained in her foster home, and she's learning to walk well on a leash. Being deaf means Blanche must always be leashed outside unless in a fenced yard, as she can't hear recall commands. She adores wet food but is content with dry kibble as well. Blanche would love to spend time with her people at home rather than going out and about.Blanche would do best as the only dog-child in a household. She will really shine on her own, accepting all the love you have to offer! She's has not ever lived with cats or small children that we know of. While it may be possible for Blanche to live with cats, introductions must be gradual and calm. Blanche will make a loving and loyal addition to her new family!
