Two twin Ridue Arcott dairy ewe lambs for sale. These lambs were born to my best dairy ewe on February 11th, and will be ready to go to their new homes mid-April. The Ridue Arcott breed is known for its high birth rates, easy lambing, wonderful mothering tendencies, and plentiful milk production. Their wool is also very good for spinning, and the wether lambs can be raised for butcher. The mother of these lambs is the best dairy ewe I have ever owned. Her teats are large like a goat’s, are 1:1, and are perfectly positioned for easy milking. She has a very calm and friendly personality, which I think DOES get passed down through the genes. She stands wonderfully for milking and is easy to lead from place to place. (She is not for sale :-) The father of these lambs is very well-built and sturdy. He has produced many, many beautiful healthy lambs for several years now. (Not for sale:-) The lambs will be sold having received their 1st tetanus shots and boosters, with their tails docked, and their first de-worming unless the buyer would prefer otherwise. I am asking $200.00 each, or $375.00 for both. To reserve your lamb(s) a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 each is required.
