My husband works a lot, and I am a stay at home mom. I used to volunteer at a bird rescue when I lived in Indiana, have woked in several pet stores (in the bird room) and grew up around birds, large and small. I currently have a Quaker named Kiwi, and two rescued Cockatiel that I call my old men. I have been searching for months now for another bird to ad to my flock. I would like a Cockatoo, Congo African Grey, or Sun Conure. I see them listed all of the time, but they are all out of my price range. I am just looking for a good bird, that needs a new, good, loving home. I prefer not to go to a breeder when there are already so many birds that need a forever home. I prefer the bird to be free.
