The price is $300 obo. He's a 2 year old Quaker parakeet. Their life span is about 25 years so this would be a long term commitment. He needs to go to a home with an experienced bird handler because he is somewhat nippy and loud. He has had little hands on contact. He has free roam of the house and does not like to be caged. He does NOT have his wings clipped.
