Hello! My name is Daniel and I am selling my vivarium and female red eyed tree frog due to the lack of time that I have to be able to dedicate towards this frog and vivarium. I built the vivarium myself, it is its own ecosystem. Plants are all live, cork bark was used to make caves that the tree frog can hide in. A small decorative dish is in the middle for him to soak in. One long vine connects the two cork bark caves I made. The background is custom made with coco fiber and such. I made a hole in the background where a plant can be placed, currently I have a bromeliad that just finished blooming, but you can put in any plant in there and it should thrive. The soil is also homemade following the ABG recipe, so literally any plant can thrive in this vivarium. The tank has a false bottom/drainage area so that the soil will never become so wet that the roots of the plants will rot. How will you get all the water out then? haha well I have some special drill pieces and so I drilled a small hole at the bottom right of the glass so the water can escape by itself. One less thing to do! haha The frog eats crickets, roaches, wax worms, and that's about all I have tried feeding it. The frog is about 6 months old, so still fairly young. Since the tank did take quite a bit of time and money to build and the frog itself wasn't cheap, I'd like to get $300 for it but the price is negotiable. Just trying to get back what I invested.
