HISTORY: DAHLIA was trapped and initially assumed to be feral, simply because she was very scared right before her spay surgery. Someone who could see that she deserved a chance brought her to F for assessment and possible rehoming. TEMPERAMENT: DAHLIA is amazing in every way except she uses her nails and teeth (gently) to say hi. She is lovable and playful but doesn’t accept petting. She nonstop plays with one foster sibling and sleeps with another foster FOZZIE. DAHLIA doesn’t intentionally destroy sofas but they are her springboards for play, even with a giant cat tree, which she loves. She will need an adopter who can be very patient with nail trims. DAHLIA needs to be adopted into a household with another playful cat to help absorb her energy.
