My name is Elsa. I have been with my foster parents for six and half months and I am starting to get a little worried. I love my foster parents, but I really want to find a home to call my own! I am a good puppy. I am friendly and playful, and I love to go for walks. I am also housebroken and crate trained. I think I would be a terrific addition to any family! I have seen a lot of families come and go at our adoption events. Some of them have adopted dogs, but others have just looked at me and walked away. I do not know why they do not want me. I am a good puppy and I would love to have a family to love me. I know that there are people out there who would love to have a puppy like me, I just need to find them. I hope that one day soon, I will get to leave my foster family and start my new life with my forever family! I am 7 months old and an American Pit Bull/Australian Cattle Dog/GSD/Husky/American Staffordshire Terrier mix. Due to my breeds, no apartments please! We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority.
