Hannah is a very nice & snuggly 9-year old Bloodhound.She has ginormous velvety-soft ears and a happily-wagging tail. Hannah likes to give kisses and to have her hindquarters scratched. She's a very loving girl, and she would be delighted to be adopted into a low-key household in which someone is home with her most of the time. (Being alone is such a drag!)Hannah would benefit from having an adopter who will take her on regular long walks and help her shed some pounds so she can achieve a healthy and comfortable weight. True to her Bloodhound genes, Hannah loves to mosey along and sniff the world around her. She also enjoys receiving praise and pets, and is sure to be a very loyal and affectionate companion.Hannah has a history of being good with other pooches. As she's grown older, she definitely seems to prefer more mellow and respectful dogs. Hannah may be best-suited to being the only pet living in the home.Hannah came to the shelter because her former owner became ill and could no longer care for her. During her time here she has displayed some anxiety when it comes to loud noises and certain 'suspicious' strangers encountered outside. She will benefit from having an upbeat adopter who seeks to boost her confidence and let her know that she is safe.Hannah is a charming love bug & gentle giantess.
