Hugo was one of a litter of puppies discovered in a dumpster. We think they were saved because Hugo is very talky. We think it is likely he was screaming for help. So he's a hero! He's also the last of the litter available for adoption, probably because he's well described as boisterous, according to online dictionary: boisterous /boist()rs/ adjective (of a person, event, or behavior) noisy, energetic, and cheerful; rowdy. This describes him perfectly. Hugo will not be ignored, but can provide massive amounts of entertainment. He's better than cartoons any day. Patience with his noisy demands is essential but his joy in being alive is something rare. He has a lot to teach us. He's good with other dogs but will pester them to actively participate in life. His adoption fee is $95.
