Bimini and 4 other rabbits were found by a good samaritan in a cardboard box under a bridge on the day of a snowstorm. They were rescued and brought to safety just before the snow started to fall! Bimini was treated for a severe respiratory infection when she arrived and has fully recovered. Right now she's overwhelmed, nervous and shy. Like most dwarfs, she'll grunt or honk to communicate that she's scared or upset. More and more we're seeing her lounging and stretching her legs. This gorgeous little dwarf may not completely emerge from her shell until she's out of the shelter setting. She's had a difficult past but looks forward to a bright future full of salad greens, cardboard tunnels, cozy blankets and a family of her own! And maybe a calm/confident male neutered rabbit friend too!
