Hi! My name is India-Indy for short! I am a sweet, loving Australian Shepard that always has a smile on my face. As soon as my eyes meet your eyes, I break into a smile. Which is totally amazing considering that I was rescued out of a bad situation. You see, my old home was in the Bahamas, and I was found with a big old chain around my neck as I wandered the streets. Dragging that big chain around made me limp a little and the Bahamas did not have the kind of vet I needed to fix it. So, FUR flew me to Jacksonville and took me to a vet. I am now on anti-inflammatories, and I am walking so much better. My foster family loves me, and I love them and their dogs. I love their kids, but they are older. Foster mom notices when little kids come into the yard it makes me a little nervous so kids over 12 years old would be best. I love playing with dogs! Meet the Pet The adoption fee for dogs 6 months and older is $150; this includes the spay/neuter, microchip, and current vaccinations as of the date of adoption.
