***NEW PHOTOS ADDED***Click here for Sophia's Facebook Album Little Sophia was found as a stray in Lawrenceville, IL and we were able to pull her and put into foster care. She is a typical sweet little beagle and even knows how to sit pretty. She is good with other dogs and cat safe. Her favorite past time is sitting and snuggling on the couch. Best guess is she is 5-7 years old and is around 30lbs. Sadly Sophia suffered some neglect in her previous home and she tested positive for heartworms. We are also treating her for Lyme disease so we will need a very special Foster to Adopt family that can continue our very successful Heartworm Slow Kill program.
