Please say hello to Colonel Steve Austin! -He is a great boy who Appreciates the finer things in life, like a comfy bed and a delicious meal. He is quite the confident fellow who knows what he wants. He will seek attention when he wants it, he loves to bask in the sun. He will let you know when he wants to be left alone. Steve Would prefer being your only pet but could possibly live with another mellow dog/cat who will be respectful of his space. Since Steve is set in his ways, he Would do especially well with adults and teens who are old enough to understand how to interact respectfully with a cat.You may notice that Steve is missing a leg. When Steve arrived at Michigan Humane, he had a severe injury to his leg. The medical staff set him up for an amputation as soon we could. Although he is missing a leg, it does not slow him down much. He still loves to do all the things any other cat does. He plays, jumps, and can go up and down stairs just fine. If you are ready for a new best friend to cuddle on the couch with Steve just might be your guy. Come meet him today!If you have any questions or would like to adopt Col.
