Odie was found living on the streets in a neighborhood where loose dogs unfortunately go largely unnoticed. But when a good samaritan realized he was never going to a home and sleeping on the side of a road, she called us to trap him. He would sit quietly on the side of a busy road as people passed him by, until they looked his way. As soon as someone seemed to notice him, he would take off in fear. Our team set a trap for him and within a couple of days, some hot rotisserie chicken coaxed him into the trap and he was suddenly off the streets.It only took a few days and some serious loving before it was clear that someone had loved him in his life before. Odie was already house-trained, loved snuggles and kids, and could charm the pants off of anyone. But his family has not been found. So Odie is looking for a new spot to call forever. He would love a family to call his own and love on him. He has dog foster brothers who he gets along famously with, but has not been cat tested. He does well with all ages of children.
