* Sweet boy that came to us as a stray, very emaciated* Has been getting lots of food and TLC and is happy and healthy* LOVES food and needs some work with taking treats without gobbling them* The perfect medium size and medium aged boy* Can be shy meeting new people, but warms up with patience* Loves attention and pets from his favorite people* Will play fetch if the toys/balls are tossed underhand vs. overhand* Introduced to dog friends and was a little timid at first, then wanted to play* Once comfortable does have a very rowdy play style with dogs and people- can be a little much for older dogs* Very curious and forward meeting cats- would need a very slow introduction to cats that are used to pushy dogs* Needs some work with basic manners and training* Would prefer a home with older childrenJacksonDutch Shepherd/Terrier mixMaleDOB: 3/10/2018Weight: 23 lbs.Heartworm NegativeJackson's adoption fee is $100 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, heartworm testing, and a free wellness exam.
