Hi, I’m Winifred!I’m a rambunctious American pitbull mix about 3 years old and weigh about 50 pounds. I’m currently living with my foster parents and their 4 dogs, getting an opportunity to learn all kinds of new tricks and how to be polite in the house and on the leash. Currently I know how to sit and shake, I am working on learning down and to have good leash manners. I enjoy being in my crate and don’t mind spending time in there to relax. I love to spend time with people, give kisses, get pets, play with my foster fur-siblings, destroy squeaky toys, and chew on bones. When I meet new people I get a little excited and want to jump with happiness but I am working on giving happy wiggles instead. I am also excited and loud when I see other dogs around when on walks, so my foster dad who is a K9 trainer is making sure I learn my manners. Petfinder lists our pets as ''Out of Town'' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
