This sweetie is Luna, she's had a tough life but that hasn't kept her down! Dumped overnight at the gates of our shelter heavily pregnant, this girl gave birth to NINE puppies and raised them with all the tender motherly love possible until they found their forever homes. In foster, Luna has bonded closely to her people, becoming their chocolate-colored shadow and spending all her time at their sides. However, she does still have a harder time trusting strangers and new men. Despite this, she's made great strides since coming to us, making play-yard friends with fellow fetch-enthusiasts, enjoying her summer splashing in the puppy pool, and even befriending our male kennel-staff and volunteers who took the time to work with her. Luna, the bat-eared belle, is looking for a special home to call her own where she can show off her fetch champion chops, couch potato prowess, and precious personality.
