Meet Margaret, an adult Domestic Longhair female who is believed to be between 6 and 8 years old.Margaret was brought in as a stray to our shelter and is now in search of her forever home! Margaret arrived very matted at the shelter and had to be shaved, the staff thinks she makes an adorable lion though! She is a sweet old lady and loves to curl up in a big soft bed and lounge the day away. The shelter environment is a bit overwhelming for her, so we believe she may do better in a quiet home, but she will make a great pet to someone who is looking for a companion to curl up and watch movies with! Come meet Margaret today, she is currently located at the Ellensburg Shelter.If you are interested in adopting this pet, please fill out an adoption questionnaire at www.yakimahumane.org. A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been received. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday.A Picture says 1000 words...right?
