This little guy is Toby, a one year old pup who was surrendered to the shelter after being hit by a car. He has pelvic fractures but is using all four legs. He was at a vet in the Knoxville area and is now in a foster home. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, and on crate rest due to his injury. Stay tuned for updates as he continues to heal.Available dogs are met by pre-approved adopters ONLY after a match is made.The application is the first step.
