Sweet Sue (aka Sue-Sue or Miss Tippy Tap) is a Yorkie weighing about 10 lbs.She has been working on filling out a bit. Sue is a senior est 10 yr girl but she still has plenty of energy to play. She knows her name & comes right away when called. She is crate trained, will go into her crate to nap & sleeps quietly thru the night. She also has never had a potty accident in her crate & can go 8-9 hrs overnight without issue. She's not barky at all but will alert when ""danger"" is near. She loves her chewy bones, toys not so much yet.She goes up & down stairs with no problem & listens to directions when time to go outside & back in. As a very spry senior she loves to play ""wrestle"" with her foster brother. Sue would love another same-size dog to chase around the yard & play wrestle, but she also would be happy as an only dog.Sue's past was quite sad as she was once a loved companion but her last few years were a bit tougher. Sue has learned in foster that there will always be food & water. She will give a very small growl if a dog comes too close to her food but no issue if a human takes it. This behavior is vastly improved while in foster. We have been using diapers when she is free in the house & she has been staying dry throughout the day when let out regularly.Over the last month, we have seen this little old girl blossom into a sweet loving companion with a spark for fun. Yes, she takes a bit more attention but to see how far she has come & the spring in her little tippy tap walk is worth every extra bit of time to give her the life she deserves.DATCP# 483538If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sue $300, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
