Daisy is an eight-year-old, 112-pound (20 pounds overweight) Lab/Pyrenees mix that we helped an owner rehome a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the new owner is now dealing with health issues and can no longer care for Daisy. The owner says she is good on a leash, loves people, especially kids, knows commands, is great in the house, is super affectionate, and is a real prize. The foster, who can only keep her for a couple of weeks, said she is a wonderful dog who loves to come and put her head in your lap. Daisy’s only issue is that she is not comfortable with other dogs. This poor dog can’t catch a break. She needs a stable home and someone to help get her weight off. If you would like to foster or adopt her, please go to www.atlantalabrescue.com and apply.
