Yogi is a ten-month-old, 50-pound lab mix left at the shelter by her owner. She was scared and retreated to the back of her kennel, not letting anyone near her. They had to carry her out when we arrived, and we carried her to the vet. It didn't take long for the staff at the vet to gain her confidence and make friends with her. She is in one of our best foster homes and has made strides. She's great with other dogs and is house- and crate-trained. It takes her a day or two to settle in, but she is full of potential.
