Butch is a little mixed breed dog who just arrived after his owner suddenly became displaced. This handsome boy is a true lover who (after a couple of days to settle in), will be everything you want in a dog! Butch is very small, about 8 pounds and is full grown. He has a long body and we believe he may have some dachshund in him and his ears and being so small makes us believe he's also part chichihua. Butch has lived indoors his entire life. He uses puppy pads and he's very good to use them. The last couple of days he's been able to spend some time in a fenced back yard with other dogs and he really loves it! He's still a bit nervous in his new surroundings, but he will do fine, he just needs a few days to decompress. He just doesn't know what is happening. Butch came to us with another dog named Sonny, who is also up for adoption. These two guys are buddies! Big time buddies. It would be great if they could be adopted together but it is not mandatory. Check our Sonny's bio!These two boys are brand new and have not been vetted but we plan to schedule that ASAP but they can go to adoptive homes now and we will catch up with all the vetting. The reason we want to move them quickly is because we hate for these guys to get settled into foster care and then get uprooted again. They are such special little boys.
