Perky is a pretty, peppy young lady! She is active, fun-loving and well-rounded. After waiting for months at the kennel, Perky got to have a break with an extended sleepover and she showed that she is a very good girl. Perky is totally housebroken and does well in her crate. Generally, she is smart and treat-motivated, which is great for training. She loves people and has been friendly with everyone she has met so far! She enjoys a good snuggle session completely with belly rubs after a day of fun. Perky is an active, playful, engaging girl. She loves playing fetch and is great at it! She'd also happily join you for all sorts of adventures, such as hikes or long walks in the neighborhood. She'd love an active family (adults and older children would be great, as she has a little bit of puppy mouthiness and jumping that we're working on and is subsiding as she decompresses!) So far, Perky has been social and playful with other dogs, so she might enjoy a canine playmate. Perky weighs 47 lbs and is estimated to be just around a year old.
