Hello, my name is Muffin! I am a beautiful shepherd lady looking for a forever home. Have you owned German Shepherds before? Perfect! That means you get me on a level that most other people just don`t understand. I am sweet and very smart, but like most working breeds I can be specific about what I like and dislike. For example, small animals? Dislike. They look like a good little snack running around and my instincts tell me to catch them! Pools? Like! I love to splash and swim around. Other dogs? Sort of dislike. I can walk by other dogs on the property, enjoy the sunshine, and mind my own business thank you very much, but I don`t really want to play with other dogs or live with other dogs. I`d love a fenced yard to run all around and stretch my legs. Snacks are always a win with me too. I prefer adult humans as my companions because kids are too much and frankly annoy me. Sorry, the staff say I`m a little too blunt sometimes, but I just tell it like it is! I am a lovely girl and I want to go home. Please come meet me today and see if I could be the lady for you!If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict.The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 Petwatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neuteringAdoption fee: $135.00Per state law, ALL ADOPTERS must purchase a non-refundable 2022 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older.
