Miss Wylie arrived from Texas after her brother and sister were adopted. Very skittish and shy at first, she has definitely grown into her own fur with a little help from her foster Mom’s dogs who have taught her how to be a more confident pup. She is now one of the gang!Wylie is seven months old, with a slim build and long legs. She enjoys free roam of the house with her other canine companions and loves being outdoors and playing in the backyard. Wylie is good in the car, house trained, crate trained and walks completely fine on a leash. Squirrels and Rabbits definitely get her attention.She loves her time up in the mountains. She has become quite the little hiker and has conquered the 8-mile round trip trek up and down Vail ski resort with ease. Her tail wags as if to say “bring it on!”This young lady gets along with her furry housemates but would love to be the only dog to be the center of attention. She has made incredible progress in the trust department and has gone from initially hiding under the couch to now lounging on top of it for naps and gentle petting. Her foster family consists of three other dogs (two small, one big), multiple teenagers and no cats – definitely a lot going on but she fits right in!Her foster mom adds that “the best home for Wylie is one with patient parents who can continue instilling the structure, support and confidence that she needs to be the best possible pup.”So grab a leash and make a date to enjoy the great Colorado Outdoors with Miss Wylie!
