Hello there! My name is Violet. I am a 4 year old pit bull/terrier mix. I'm a happy girl with a unique personality. My favorite song is "Independent Woman," because I love doing my own thing when I'm out in the yard. Whether it's snuffle mats, kiddie pools, or wobble kongs- I make my own fun! In my time here at the shelter I've been learning how to open up, and I've learned that humans can be pretty fun too to play fetch with. With adults I'm learning to share, but I would still do best in a home without young children as I have a history of liking to keep toys and treats to myself. I'm a collector! I'm currently learning "wait," "drop it," and to walk nicely on-leash. Some things I already know are: "sit," how to give puppy-dog eyes to melt your heart, and am a certified peanut-butter cleaner-upper.My ideal next home could maybe have a dog friend in it, but we'd have to meet first to make sure we got along!
