Zeus is a gentle giant that gets along with all dogs and LOVES humans of all ages! He loves to cuddle, go walks and rides in the car like a perfect gentleman. He likes to trot around the yard and sniff things and follow the humans around in case they need his help. He is house broken, crate trained, knows to sit and walks great on a leash.Zeus's owner died and after a period of neglect he was left at the shelter and scheduled to be euthanized. It's obvious that Zeus was loved very much by his owner and only wants to be loved again. This gentle giant is a great dog! He is an older guy at 8 years young but you would never know it as he is healthy active, and happy! Bonus is that he is well out of the puppy stage so no chewing or naughty habits. Zeus is neutered, heartworm negative and up to date on his shots. He IS the total package!If you feel your home might be the right place for this wonderful dog, the place to start is with the adoption application found at www.dfwrescueme.org/adopt. Once submitted, the foster will contact you to tell you more, and to arrange a meeting! The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter.Zeus is participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so custody and ongoing care are provided by the foster, not by DFWRM.
