Meet Mario! He is such a smart dog! He is a working walk master and does great on loose leash too! He is treat motivated and eager to please! Mario enjoys the water so much! One of Mario's biggest fans (who is also a very dedicated dog walking KCPP volunteer) says "he loves to go to the pond to check out all the smells, water and the birds plus toads! He might be the perfect lake dog!" He also loves pools - hopping in, then doing a zoomie lap, then hopping back in. Mario knows sit and he lay down with just hand gestures! Mario has fun in playgroups and has a couple BFFS, but of course he would love to meet any possible fur siblings before going home with them. Mario also gets the best smile in the shelter award, you should come meet him and see why! Every person Mario meets is a potential new best friend, could that be you?
