Meet Russ! Found at a park in Ponce, Puerto Rico. After speaking to a local, we found out that he was dumped there a month ago. It's obvious that he was owned by the way he acts. He's good on a leash and loves to be close to you.We are estimating Russ to be about 3 years old and 30 pounds, full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and heart worm negative. He is good with children and calm dogs. He loves toys and once he has a toy in his mouth, his favorite game is "keep away". He will let you chase after him for hours to get the toy back. He loves to be outside and would love a big yard or farm to live on.Russ is such a handsome boy who deserves a home to call his own. Can it be you? Satos (pronounced with a short A) are a type of dog rather then a breed. The name is Puerto Rican slang for “street dog,” but they are also known as Puerto Rican Found Dogs in the U.S. They are the homeless dogs, or urban free-ranging dogs, that live in Puerto Rican cities. Satos are small to medium dogs, usually not more than 35-40lbs. They have large ears that flop, long snouts and legs that seem just a tiny bit too short for their bodies.
