My name is Sophie! I’ve been a busy kitty over the last few months. I was found as a stray and brought to Focus on Ferals bursting at the seams with by belly full of babies. I made it to my foster home and gave birth to my beautiful kittens the next afternoon. It was a lot of hard work taking care of my seven babies. When they were 4 weeks old I became ill. I ended up needing surgery to remove a blockage in my intestines. It took me a few weeks to recover. I’ve learned I need to be careful what I eat and not eat too much at one time. Through all my ups and downs, my foster mom says I’m still a wonderful cat. I love attention from humans and really love my foster mom’s kids. I like to play, but most of all I love to snuggle and make biscuits while I get pet and loved on. I get a little upset with dogs, so I’d rather not go to a home where they live. My foster family has other cats and I’m not a big fan of the girl cats, but the boy cat isn’t so bad. I don’t like to share my food with other furry friends, so I need to be fed by myself. Do you have room in your home for me!?!? ---All of our kittens are currently in Foster Homes. They are not at our facility. Adoption counselors can arrange for you to meet the kittens once your application is approved. Kittens through 6 months $125 or 2 for $200; Kitties over 6 months $100 or 2 for $150.--- Our Adoptable Kittens ARE NOT FERAL. We take them from the streets at a young age, and some are feral at the time of rescue. However, we spend many hours taming, socializing, and acclimating them to indoor life as a pet cat. They are currently friendly, healthy, and playful kittens who are just waiting for their special someone to take them home. All of our kittens are spayed or neutered, tested for FeLV/FIV, vaccinated against Distemper, and treated for fleas and other parasites.--- Adoption App: http://www.focusonferals.org/adopt/adoption-application/
