The adoption fee is waived for Flan and ALL Desperate Housecats!This special boy came in with several other friends from a home overwhelmed with cats. Though each kitty has their own time frame for acclimation, it may take these cats a little longer to get used to a new environment due to their history of limited socialization. Our hope is that with some time and patience, many of them will grow confident around their people. Their needs include:•A quiet, safe space to unwind in a new home•A cat-savvy adopter or foster willing to give them consistent social interactions•Reward every act of bravery with a special treat, snack or play time •A force-free environment (not forcing interaction or behavior)•They may do best in a home with a confident cat to show them how to be brave around people!
