Whiskers has the most gorgeous, long white whiskers and has wonderful eye contact. This little girl is an absolute delight, and truly an exceptional “people loving” cat. Did we mention she is an absolute delight...So much so, it deserves repeating! She is happy to see you and welcomes you in her sweet little voice, while rubbing against your legs, purring so adorably. She knows her name, and responds by coming to you when called. Whiskers loves to be petted and will look at you adoringly. She wants to be the only pet so she doesn’t have to share you. Her new home will be so happy to have her as a part of the family.Adoption processAdopting a kitty (refers to both cats and kittens), is fun and at the same time, a lifetime commitment. An application is given to potential adopters asking some basic questions. There is an adoption agreement reflecting all the vet information and agreement terms. Foster parents are always delighted to answer questions. To provide continuity for the kitty, the foster parent will deliver the kitty to the new home. To help defray the cost of veterinary care, we ask an adoption fee of $125.00 or two for $200.00. For older cats, we often have sponsors to cover the fee.Shelter locationSaturdays 11-4 ...
