American Pit Bull Terrier Mix Dog for Adoption in St. Cloud, Minnesota, 56302 USNickname: Queen Posted Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: $275. Queen, the queen of the castle! This big girl came to us because her previous owner abandon her in an apartment for several days locked in a kennel. Could you imagine? Even with her past, she is as sweet as can be! She loves people and curious to meet everyone she comes across. She's well behaved and enjoys hanging out. She is good with other dogs with proper introductions (doesn't care for them to run up on her or surprise her). We don't know about cats - she did sniff one at our office and had no reaction. She's just ready to relax and enjoy her remaining years with a family who truly cares for her! She deserves it! Age: 8 Years Breed: Pit Bull Terrier Weight: 80lbs Kid-Friendly: She is super sweet with all humans she has met but we always recommend older kids. Dogs: She is good with other dogs with proper introductions! She definitely doesn't like to share her toys with other dogs so we suggest those be enjoyed in her kennel or in a private space. Cats: Unknown but we recommend slow introductions. Crate Trained: She is crate-trained but does have separation anxiety. Potty Trained: Yes! Health concerns/current medications: She is scheduled to be spayed and a dental. No other concerns. Adoption fee: $275 As a rescue, we provide the care, procedures and testing that is available to us. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.) Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine. $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test, a microchip, and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal. Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered.
