Noelle is a sweet lap cat who is extra loving and loves to play. She has a disconnected elbow with a slight limp, but it's totally okay. She needs to be an indoor only kitty. She is the sweetest girl! Noelle is about 12 months old as of May 2023. Currently in a foster home, you can set up a day to come meet this kitty (on Saturdays during adoption event hours).
