This sweetheart is Kayla. She is a two-year-old Terrier and Boxer mix who weighs around 50 pounds. She is ready for her furever home!Kayla was in a rural shelter for over a month before coming to the GCSPCA. Kayla was a shelter favorite and they had nothing but great things to say about her; "great with other dogs, very happy and energetic girl and loves everyone!" Kayla would love to live in an active household and after training would make a great running or hiking partner. Kayla is ready to forget her past of being an outside dog. She had no space to play or saw anyone, as she was tied outside 24/7. Please, if you are ready to let this girl into your home and heart, then apply for her today!Kayla has not been cat tested. She has been lovely with children at event. If you are interested in adopting Kayla please submit an inquiry directly with Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. ***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a socially distanced meet and greet.
